  • User-authorized Slack access acts as that user and cannot exceed what they can already access in Slack.
  • Slack data is used only to provide the Fieldwork features you request and is never used to train foundation models or large language models.
  • You can disconnect Slack from Fieldwork at any time.
How Fieldwork handles data

AI transparency

Review important answers.

Fieldwork uses generative AI to interpret questions and produce answers. AI-generated responses, summaries, and suggested actions can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important output before relying on it or taking action.

Fieldwork may route inference to the model providers listed on our public sub-processor page. Providers process data only to serve the requested feature and are contractually prohibited from training their models on customer data.
