Check next week's calendar
Output
Next week has one double booking, one three-hour stretch without a break, one missing agenda, and one meeting without preparation time reserved.
Reviewed Harbor & Pine’s calendar for September 21–27, 2026, in Portland time. “Next week” means the next Monday through Sunday.
- Double booking, Monday: The buying review runs 10–11 AM, overlapping the returns review with Iris from 10:30–11 AM by 30 minutes. Suggest moving the returns review to 11–11:30 AM. Maya is free then, but Iris's availability needs confirmation.
- No break, Tuesday: Three consecutive meetings fill 9 AM–noon. Suggest shortening the first two by 10 minutes each, leaving two 10-minute breaks. Confirm with attendees before changing their duration.
- Missing agenda, Wednesday: Lena 1:1 at 11 AM has no agenda in its description. Suggest adding supplier lead times, buying decisions, and outstanding warehouse questions.
- Preparation needed, Thursday: Board review at 10 AM has no preparation block scheduled. Suggest reserving Wednesday 2–3 PM, currently free, to review the September cash forecast. One hour is an estimate.
No meetings are missing attendees, and no other conflicts or missing agendas were found. Preparation needs are inferred from meeting titles and descriptions. No calendar events were changed.
Automation steps. The agent follows these 4 steps each time it runs, using your connected email and calendar.
- 1
Review my calendar for next week.
- 2
Find double bookings, long stretches of meetings without breaks, meetings with no agenda or attendees, and meetings that need preparation time I have not scheduled.
- 3
Suggest a fix for each.
- 4
Do not change the calendar.
Adjust the automation in Chat
Run this automation and tell the agent what to do differently. Ask it to schedule that version if you want the changes in future runs.
- Flag meeting stretches longer than two hours.
- Allow 90 minutes to prepare for board reviews.
- Exclude all-day events from the review.
Fieldwork emails the scheduled report. Each email links to the full run as a conversation in Fieldwork. The automation asks the agent to keep a log in your knowledge base and read it before each run to check what has changed.
Adjustable schedule
Choose how often it runs at setup, from hourly to monthly. Ask in Fieldwork chat for a custom schedule and timezone.
Only useful reports
When nothing needs attention, the run skips the email. When there are findings, you get a report with a link to the full conversation.
No messages sent
An automated run has no tool that sends, posts, or replies. The agent can update notes and its log in your Fieldwork knowledge base.

- Can I change what it checks?
- Ask in chat for different break thresholds, preparation estimates, or exclusions. Ask to schedule that adjusted version for future reports.
- Where does the report arrive?
- Scheduled reports arrive by email with a link to the full conversation in Fieldwork. If nothing needs attention, no email or push notification is sent.
