Delete your Fieldwork account

Fieldwork AI Inc. provides account deletion in the Fieldwork app and on the web.

In the app or on the web

Open Settings → Account, choose Delete account, and follow the identity verification and organization handover steps. Sign in with the account you want to delete.

Request deletion without the app

Email privacy@getfieldwork.ai from your account email address with the subject “Fieldwork account deletion request.” You do not need to install the app. If you no longer have access to that address, tell us so we can verify ownership another way. Never send a password.

What happens to your data

Deletion removes your login, personal settings, connected personal credentials, device push registrations, AI data sharing consent, and content reports you submitted or that identify you as the reported author. Shared organization records may remain with your attribution removed. Deleting an account does not automatically delete an organization that other members still use; the deletion flow explains any required handover.

The in-app flow shows the cooling-off period and scheduled deletion date. Necessary billing, tax, and legal records may be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy. We respond to privacy requests within one month.
