Update company notes after each meeting
Output
Ternlight Outpost's company page in the Fieldwork knowledge base now includes the new agreements and next steps from its meeting with Harbor & Pine.
The September 17, 2026 meeting transcript and notes were compared with the existing company page before adding this update.
- Attendees: Maya Calder and Lena Vale from Harbor & Pine, plus June Moss from Ternlight Outpost, an external attendee.
- Discussion: Fall assortment, Cascade Merino Crew sizing, and Alder Wool Throw availability.
- Changes since the previous meeting: The existing page recorded interest in both products. June now requested a size breakdown and confirmed that Ember Stripe remains the preferred throw color.
- Agreements: Harbor & Pine will provide availability before Ternlight Outpost decides quantities. No purchase commitment or restock date was given.
- Next steps and dates: Lena will send the availability summary by September 21. June will review it by September 23.
The update stays on the existing company page. No duplicate page was created.
Automation steps. The agent follows these 4 steps each time it runs, using your connected email and calendar.
- 1
Read my meeting transcript.
- 2
If people from outside my organization attended, update their company's page with attendees, topics discussed, agreements, next steps, and any dates given.
- 3
Read the existing page first and add what has changed since the previous meeting.
- 4
Keep one page per company.
Adjust the automation in Chat
Tell the agent what to do differently and ask it to set up that version with the same trigger.
- Set up an adjusted automation that highlights changed agreements.
- Include a separate list of unresolved questions.
- Put owners and due dates beside every next step.
Fieldwork emails the report. Each email links to the full run as a conversation in Fieldwork. The automation asks the agent to keep a log in your knowledge base and read it before each run to check what has changed.
What starts this automation
Runs after a meeting is transcribed.
Only useful reports
When nothing needs attention, the run skips the email. When there are findings, you get a report with a link to the full conversation.
No messages sent
An automated run has no tool that sends, posts, or replies. The agent can update notes and its log in your Fieldwork knowledge base.
This automation reads your email and calendar. Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 to Fieldwork. The automation uses whichever you connect.
