- How do I set this up?
- Connect your accounting system, such as Xero, then choose weekly runs or run it in chat. Weekly runs repeat every seven days from activation.
- Where are reminders drafted, and can it send them?
- Automated runs include proposed reminders in the report without saving mailbox drafts. They have no tool that sends messages, so you send the reminders yourself.
- Can I change the reminders?
- Ask in chat to adjust the tone, exclusions, or balance thresholds. Ask for a scheduled version with those changes to use them in future runs.
- How will I receive the report?
- Scheduled runs email you the report with a link to the full conversation. If nothing needs attention, no email or push notification is sent.
