Draft replies to overdue emails

Output

Three Harbor & Pine email threads need Maya's reply. I read each thread and saved three replies in Maya's drafts folder for review. Nothing was sent.

I checked requests waiting more than two business days for a reply. The drafts follow Maya's recent sent replies: brief, warm, and direct. No other threads met that cutoff.

  • Ada Fern, fall buying quantities: Acknowledges the delay and asks for current minimums and lead times without committing to quantities.
  • June Moss, wholesale availability: Acknowledges the request and explains that availability needs checking before quantities can be confirmed.
  • Ellis Dune, damaged bowl sets: Asks what photos and order details are needed to review the damage.

The oldest request is Ada's, received September 10. Her full draft:

To: Ada Fern

Subject: Re: Fall buying quantities

Hi Ada,

Thanks for waiting on me. I'm still reviewing Harbor & Pine's fall buying quantities and don't have a confirmed order to share yet.

Could you send your current minimum quantities and lead times for Alder Wool Throw? That will help me finish the review without working from old numbers.

Thanks, Maya

Review quantities and any timing commitments before sending. These drafts make no purchase commitments.

Read each thread and draft a reply in my usual tone.

  4.   4

List the drafts with a one-line summary of each.

Questions about this automation.

How do I set this up?
Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for email and calendar access, then run it in chat when you need it. There is no predefined schedule.
Where are the drafts, and can it send them?
It reads email threads and saves replies in your drafts folder for review. The instruction says to wait for your approval before sending anything.
Can I change what counts as overdue?
Ask in chat for a different cutoff, specific correspondents, or a shorter reply style. You can also specify examples of your preferred tone.
Where will I get the report?
An on-demand run returns the draft list and summaries in chat. If you separately configure a repeating automation, reports arrive by email unless there is nothing to report.
