Check today's and tomorrow's calendar
Output
Four calendar problems need attention today and tomorrow. Checked Harbor & Pine's calendar for September 17–18, 2026. All times are Portland time.
- Double booking today: Buying review, 10:00–10:30 AM, overlaps the Ternlight Outpost call, 10:15–11:00 AM, by 15 minutes. Propose moving buying review to 9:30–10:00 AM, an open slot.
- Unanswered invite: Tomorrow's 9:00–9:30 AM Lena 1:1 is awaiting Maya's response. Accept if the time works.
- Missing video link: Today's external Ternlight Outpost call has no video link or physical location. Confirm the meeting format and request a link if remote.
- Travel gap tomorrow: The warehouse visit starts at 9:45 AM, leaving 15 minutes after the 1:1. Allow 30 minutes to travel and 15 minutes to prepare after the 1:1, and propose a 10:15 AM start.
No other overlaps, unanswered invites, missing external video links, or travel and preparation gaps were found, assuming 15 minutes for preparation. No invitations were answered or calendar events changed.
Automation steps. The agent follows these 3 steps each time it runs, using your connected email and calendar.
- 1
Check today's and tomorrow's calendar for double bookings, invites I have not accepted, external meetings without video links, and meetings that leave too little time for travel or preparation.
- 2
Explain each problem and suggest a fix.
- 3
If there are none, say so and stop.
Adjust the automation in Chat
Run this automation and tell the agent what to do differently. Ask it to schedule that version if you want the changes in future runs.
- Allow 30 minutes of preparation before external meetings.
- Use 45 minutes for travel to Portland Warehouse.
- Schedule this check for 8 AM Portland time daily.
Fieldwork emails the scheduled report. Each email links to the full run as a conversation in Fieldwork. The automation asks the agent to keep a log in your knowledge base and read it before each run to check what has changed.
Adjustable schedule
Choose how often it runs at setup, from hourly to monthly. Ask in Fieldwork chat for a custom schedule and timezone.
Only useful reports
When nothing needs attention, the run skips the email. When there are findings, you get a report with a link to the full conversation.
No messages sent
An automated run has no tool that sends, posts, or replies. The agent can update notes and its log in your Fieldwork knowledge base.
This automation reads your email and calendar. Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 to Fieldwork. The automation uses whichever you connect.
