The current copy of Harbor & Pine's Fall buying plan is Fall buying plan, last edited by Lena Vale on September 16, 2026, at 4:18 PM Portland time.
I found two older copies in Google Drive:
| Copy | Last edited by | Edited, Portland time |
|---|---|---|
| Fall buying plan | Lena Vale | Sep 16, 4:18 PM |
| Fall buying plan v2 | Maya Calder | Sep 14, 10:30 AM |
| Fall buying plan draft | Lena Vale | Sep 10, 2:05 PM |
The September 14 copy added a supplier confirmation checklist and assigned Owen Reed the Portland Warehouse stock check. The September 16 copy moved Alder Wool Throw and Cascade Merino Crew to the top of the buying priorities and added a section for unconfirmed supplier lead times. Purchase quantities and the spending limit did not change between those two copies.
No newer copy or conflicting edits were found in the accessible files. “Current” is inferred from the latest edit and matching contents, not an approval marker. Supplier arrival dates remain unconfirmed, and inaccessible folders were not checked.
Automation steps. The agent follows these 2 steps each time it runs, using your connected files.
- 1
Ask me which document to use, then find it in our files along with older copies or versions.
- 2
Identify the current version, when it was last edited and by whom, and summarize the differences between versions.
Adjust the automation in Chat
Run this automation and tell the agent what to do differently. Ask in chat to set up a repeat version if you need it regularly.
- Look only in our buying folder.
- Compare the latest copy with the September 10 draft.
- Show only changes to quantities, budgets, and owners.
Read the report in Fieldwork chat. The report stays in the conversation where you ran it. Ask the agent in chat to set up a repeat version if you want reports by email.

- Can I narrow the comparison?
- Ask in chat to search a particular folder, compare specific copies, or focus on certain changes.
